I had emailed as many of the club members to ask if there was anything they
would like to discuss at this meeting, and had had no replies, so Roland set
the agenda from last years, so we could see if the membership were happy
with what had happened during the last year.

First item was to agree or challenge the committee. There were no
challenges, and the committee agreed to stay for another year.

Second item was to agree charges, as we had never had a charge for juniors
before we had some discussion around this and it was agreed that the yearly
fee would be £7:50 with a weekly fee of £4:00, we also agreed that the
yearly full membership should go up to £15:00 and the weekly fee £5:00 to
remain. For visiting drivers the first night would be free, but they would
then pay £6:00 per visit, if they then decide to become members the first
year would be prorata to the time of the year the yearly fee for the first
year will be £12:00 dropping by £1:00 per month.

Third item was to agree the classes for this year, there was quite a lot of
discussion around this with the following  being agreed.

It was agreed that we would have 6 main classes

1) Mod GT         same rules as last year
2) Mod saloons    same rules as last year
3) Rally standard same rules as last year motors up to NC6 performance
4) Classic sports same rules as last year (Fly racing BMW as standard is now
allowed as standard)
5) Ninco Porsche  same rules as last year motors up to NC6 performance Fly
car is allowed as standard)
6) Club cars Ascari/Meganes

there will be 8 rounds of the modified classes with 6 rounds to count, there
will be 6 rounds of the other four classes with 4 rounds to count towards
the championship.

This leaves 12 weeks to fill in other ways and the following were agreed

1) 3 enduro nights these will use the old standard GT rules with motors up
to NC6 performance and plastic wheels and tyres.

2) 2 LMP nights rules to be agreed

3) 1 classic sports

4) 1 vintage F1

5) 1 ferrari/Porsche challenge

6) 3 Ninco Merc CLK's

This leaves 1 night which is for the AGM next year.

I would like to ask Roland to supply the rules for the championship classes
to those present and a couple to be kept at the club for future members.
